The house immersed in the green hills of Cortona, the famous city of "Under the Tuscan Sun"is the ideal place for those visiting central Italy, who wish to relax with a glass of good wine whilst admiring the rolling Tuscan hills.The structure has 3 bedrooma nd also some common area as the dining rooms where the buffet breakfast is served with all the guests seated around a single table and where you can have dinner arranged with traditional Tuscan dishes. (Upon request cooking courses are organised). there is also a big living room with fireplace where relax and the garden that offers space in the sun, or the shade of an ample pine grove. The southern side enjoys a view of over 80km to the peak of Monte Amiata. The tree-lined northern side, with it's fruit garden overlooks Cortona. While lodging in Casa Bellavista during the summertime, you can also relax and refresh in our swimming pool.

We offer three rooms with private bathroom: the Pink Room, the Green Room and the Blue Room.All are furnished, as is the rest of the house, with antiques from the 18th to 20th Centuries. The rooms and bathrooms are serviced daily with linen changed every three days. The Pink room, large and comfortable room with a south facing terrace and the view of Monte Amiata. The bathroom, with shower, also has fine views. The Blue room is particularly warm and welcoming, the room is furnished with 18th Century pieces. The large bathroom has double marble sinks, shower and bathtub. The Green room is an elegant and comfortable room overlooking the northern garden, furnished with 19th Century Tuscan and Liberty pieces. The pale colours of the room make it particularly welcoming. There is a large bathroom with shower.

From Motorway:Leave the Superstrada at the exit Foiano della Chiana - Cortona (after the exit for the Autostrada). At the exit follow the signs for Foiano and after 400 m turn right following signs Fratta- S.Caterina. After 2,8 km next to a ruined building on your right, turn right. Follow this road uphill for 1 km, at the junction turn right and at the junction immediately after the turn keep to the left-hand road. Follow this for 600 m, turn right onto a dirt road. Casa Bellavista is right in front of you. Coming from Cortona: From the city walls, after Piazzale del Mercato, turn left flowing signs for Arezzo (in front of Porta Santa Maria) follow downhill for 2 km. At the crossroads go ahead for S.Caterina – Fratta and go on for 3 km,. At the next crossroads follow for Creti, go on for 3 km and turn right following for Creti again. After 6 km turn left at the junction (pay attention and DON'T GO FAST!), 800 m later turn left again and go on for 600 m. to another junction. Turn right here onto a dirt road Casa Bellavista is directly in front of you.
